Meet the Leadership Team
Oaky Dover
After earning an engineering degree from Georgia Tech and working briefly in his field, Oaky Dover chose to return to his family’s roots in construction. By integrating engineering principles and strong organizational skills into project management, he quickly ascended to the role of senior project manager at a prominent national multifamily development and construction firm.
Seeking a closer connection to family during his children’s early years, Oaky transitioned to building townhomes and single-family homes. He later returned to large-scale construction, overseeing institutional student housing projects at Auburn University, and managing the construction of Walmarts and Sam’s Clubs across the Southwest.
Throughout his career, Oaky has earned certifications as an EarthCraft builder and a LEED AP® BD&C, accredited by the US Green Building Council, underscoring his commitment to sustainable construction practices.
As Vice President of Construction for a national multifamily developer, Oaky also served as VP for the associated general contracting firm, holding contractor licenses in multiple states, including South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and various jurisdictions in Colorado.
In 2024, Oaky took a step back to rest and focus on building the foundation for a new venture with his wife, Yeni. Together, they are launching their own general contracting business, ready to bring his extensive experience and passion for high-performance, sustainable building to their projects, with the aim of making a meaningful impact on the built environment
Yeni Dover
Yeni Dover has dedicated much of her life to the world’s most rewarding profession—raising a family. Alongside her role as a homemaker, she has successfully managed several small independent businesses, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and ability to navigate diverse industries.
Yeni’s journey in construction began in 2001 when she took on the operational side of a business specializing in construction cleaning and final apartment cleanups—a role she continues to this day. In 2022, she expanded her expertise by launching a subcontracting and labor brokering business. Operating across Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, and Colorado, this venture is on track to extend its footprint to New York, New Mexico, and Alabama by 2025.
Yeni also facilitated the renovation of an office building to serve as the foundation for her growing enterprise. Realizing her long-held dream, she co-founded Cutler Structures with her husband, Oaky Dover. As a proud Principal of the company, Yeni is committed to building a legacy of quality and excellence in the construction industry.
