After decades of delivering large-scale commercial, multifamily, retail, and institutional projects across the Country, the Dovers have intentionally shifted their focus to residential construction — closer to home in Clarkesville, Georgia, and throughout the surrounding 50 mile region.
For owners Oaky and Yeni Dover, this shift is both professional and personal. As caretakers of local Dover and Knight Homesteads, both established generations ago, they have a deep respect for structures that endure — buildings shaped by the land, crafted with intention, and designed to stand the test of time.
North Georgia’s mountainous terrain reflects that same challenge. Steep slopes, rocky soil, limited access, drainage concerns, and environmental sensitivity demand more than a standard residential approach. These conditions require planning, restraint, and experience — especially when building homes meant to last for generations.
Our residential focus allows us to bring the discipline, foresight, and structural expertise developed on complex projects into homes designed specifically for this landscape — homes that perform well, age gracefully, and respect the land they’re built on.
