Cutler Structures is a construction company rooted in Clarkesville, Georgia, serving clients throughout North Georgia and the surrounding region. Our work today focuses on residential building, guided by decades of experience delivering complex projects across the Southeast.
We build homes with intention — informed by experience, shaped by the land, and designed to endure.
Our Story
For many years, Mr. Dover delivered commercial, multifamily, retail, and institutional projects that demanded precision, coordination, and accountability at the highest level. These projects sharpened the understanding of structure, sequencing, safety, and performance — lessons that now inform every residential home we build.
During much of that same time, Ms. Dover operated a construction business working in the trades in much of the same areas.
Over time, owners Yeni and Oaky Dover made a deliberate decision to bring that experience closer to home.
By shifting focus to residential construction within a 150-mile radius of Clarkesville, and now operating as Cutler Structures they are able to stay personally involved, work more closely with clients, and build homes that reflect both technical excellence and thoughtful craftsmanship.
This is not a departure from the past in more complex commercial projects — it is a refinement of it into service to residential projects here at home.
Our approach to building is shaped by more than professional experience — it is grounded in personal connection.
For us, building is not simply about square footage or finishes. It is about stewardship. Every home should feel rooted in its setting, shaped by the land, and built with care that reflects an understanding of how families actually live and grow over time.
